This is another part of a song that I wrote, now just poetry. It's about how when a relationship ends, you can't help but think of the beginning and wonder about the future.

To touch you is to smell you is to be rolling around in the grass.
Happiness never felt so dirty when your young and dumb.

That girl is gone, roses on the stone are these tears or is it raining?
Black days are snowing ashes each dancing in the wind like we use to.

I miss you but I was always too late in screaming I love you.
And now I scream but you cannot hear me now or do you?

Mountains roll into thunder sweeping warm air off the sea.
The wind bends and screams, twirls and sings, bites and stings.

But your bites and screams, your scratches and stings are always welcomed.
Never go back to your mind and hit rewind, just fast forward I’m on my knee.

Lets stumble in the room together and make promises that well forget in the morning.
Now your gone and so is the wine, I threw away your picture but it hasn’t been replaced.

Two children dreaming of heaven, forgetting about hell.
But as we grow older is hell all you remember, dreams float there.
