A Million Good Things

And none of them are yours.

A million good things.

And none of them are yours.

You trap me in your words.

You're flowing hurt downpours.

You've always had it better.

And now you just want more.

I've been so far down under,

I've been what you call 'poor'

Yet it doesn't matter to you.

You see right through my life.

You sit up in your high chair

While i am burried in strife.

I feel like such a failure.

Always out of tune.

And it's whenever i'm around you

That i hide in my cocoon.

I wish i could escape.

I've got nothing more to give.

If i could just outrun you

I might begin to live.
