I cried a river and drowned the sun

I hate that lyin son of a gun who

lies to me constantly,tellin me

maybe,eventually
maybe,eventually
maybe eventually

He and I will be once again locked in an embrace, erase past misery and relive a destiny of our love

I cried a river and drowned the sun,

I hate that sun who taught me to cope, hope

that he's just spreading his wings, learnin to fly,

finding his ground and finally sound, grounded and

emotionally bound to me he'd find his heart's compass

and find his way back to me...

I cried a river and drowned the sun
I despise that ruthless sun who

constantly wakes me from my inbetween-reality

to drag me screaming and half-dreaming to advise unwanted,

unwarranted and better left unworded that he was not made for me,

didnt even deserve me and isn't worth the tears I cry

ever so silently...

I cried a river and drowned the sun,
how i fear that all-seeing sun

how he sees into me,

sees me crumbling in foetal misery,

reflecting the pain I try to hide so deep inside of me.

How he mocks the inefficient walls of my emotions

that have so ineffectively fallen to dust,

leaving me lost,until

I cried a river and drowned the sun...
