This is how I handle things I know I can't deal with. I leave my life a blank.

Sitting in school
My head on my desk
A test sits in front of me
The class is silent
And the ticking of that stupid clock
Goes on and on
But in spite of this stupid test
And this stupid class
I am calm
Unlike the rest of the class
Who is freaking like their lives depend on this stupid test
But I'm just sitting here
Letting my dream filled head wander
Thinking about college
Photography, writing
All my future plans
The bell rings loud and clear
I watch as fellow classmates stand
Then drop off their futures on the teachers desk
And I
Am last to stand
As I drop my blank test onto the water-stained desk
And join the rest of this stupid school
On our march to graduate hell
