Opening Eyes to Peace
Searching for peace,
what a futile effort,
for one cannot find it on thier own,
not in the highth of the sky,
nor the depth of the sea,
not in the quietness of a forest,
nor the crashing of the waves,
one can never find peace alone,
no matter how strong or powerful,
the only way to get peace is through the Father,
our Heavenly Father Jesus Christ,
He is the eye-opener that holds the key to peace,
this peace,
this peace can withstand the roughest storms,
it can calm you in a time of pain,
this peace will never leave you
...
this peace is Jesus
'I am the way, the truth, and the life, no man cometh to the Father exept through me."
If you would like to find this peace, and the great God who offers it, feel free to msg me anytime and I will be more than happy to talk to you.!

A wonderfully inspirational work!
Thu, October 16th, 2008 8:26pm“Wake up sleeping beauty.” An amused voice echoed in my ringing ears, sending me cringing into whatever I was laying on… a couch?
I rolled over looking up to see a hot guy. Wow… DANG! He is hot; verrrrry hot. That was really the only way to explain him. Hot.
He raised one eyebrow, looking down at me curiously. It was then I noticed the rod in his hand. It was swinging back and forth mindlessly while he stared at me with menacing eyes.
The next thing I knew, I was… once again perched on the couch.
Crap. NOT AgAIN!.
Dashvoo was strong in the air, but it was as if a wall blocked away my memories, sealing them.
All I knew for certain was that this guy had… umm.. Humph, well I don’t exactly remember what he did but I KNOW I didn’t like it!
I small, almost confused growl slivered from between my lips.
He chuckled, throwing the metal rod across the room, it hitting the wall just before it fell to the ground.
“Just wanted to see what you would do… it was worth it.” He chuckled, as he turned to walk into the kitchen.
I watched him with unfocused eyes as my tense body pivoted around the top of the couch, always watching him; never letting him out of my sight.
He wasn’t normal.
I could tell my senses had improved, even if it was just overnight, and I was almost certain he was inhuman. The only thing that didn’t match up was that he wasn’t very…
I turned just in time to see him fall. Slipping on some kind of orange liquid, he shot into the refrigerator; grabbing its handle, he fell backwards releasing all the contense inside. Jars spilled out, breaking on the once clean tile flooring, a nearly empty orange juice jug slipped out as well, spilling even more liquid onto the floor.
As I was saying… the only thing that didn’t match up was that he wasn’t very…
- graceful.
Curses rang throughout the room while he slipped around, trying in vain to stand up in the slippery, sticky mess.
Pouncing off the couch, I noticed with vague interest that I was walking on four legs. With only my legs; tail and ears inhuman; I walked towards hotty-mic-hot-hot to get a better look at his pathetic dilemma.
“What do they call ya’ ... Grace?” I asked him sarcastically; a taunting smile stretching across my face while he crawled out of the orange puddle, and onto clean, hardwood floor.
Not so much to my surprise, he growled; he eyes flushing crimson if only for a short moment; before they shot quickly back to their original color.
I raised my eyebrows, waiting for an explanation I knew would never come.
He simply glared, staring up at me with many emotions tied into one. In the end, it all spelled out ‘Hate.’
“Don’t get to comfortable, Chris will be here soon… see if she can get you out of my hair for a while.”
I looked at him in confusion. Chris? Who was SHE!?
Once again the deshavoo echoed between the shallow walls in my mind, trying productlessly to find a logical answer as to who this Chris was.
Boy or Girl?
Human or… not?
I sighed, finally realizing I didn’t care who it was, I was too tired. I walked over back to the couch just when I heard something.
A song?
Some type of loud music blarred the the background. I was accustomed to fast beat; the loud echoing roar of the singer… but I couldn’t place it. I couldn’t put my finger on it. What was it…
“Heavy metal ….stupid.” He said, interrupting my train of thought.
I jerked around; my eyes wide as I took in his nonchalant expression. He was trying to fool me. But I was onto him. I knew it was coming.
Heavy metal… Metal Rod… NO!
I would NOT be knocked out again! I realized with grim frustration that he was closer to the “Heavy Metal” as he called it, than I was. He had thrown it across the room, and now he stood …closer to it than me.
I began to vibrate, my teeth chatter as I felt like ice rolled down my spine; nails, ripping into my skin… my bones, bursting apart.
“CHILL OUT!” I heard a voice yell urgently above the bone crushing symphony that echoed in my ears.
The next thing I knew I was on the floor. With what felt like heavy weights on my wrist and ankles; I was held down securely… not knowing for sure if it was a good thing, or if it meant the “Heavy Metal.. / Metal Rod” was coming soon. All I knew in that moment was that the pain was gone.
I sighed in relief as I opened up my eyes… only to close them quickly after.
Breath Jalyn… it’s not really there. You’re freaking out, and seriously going insain… there is not a gigantic wolf hovering over you.
Once I had vainly convinced myself, I opened my eyes… just to see exactly that. A huge black wolf stood over me, each of his paws stepping down firmly onto each of my….
Crap.
…each of my paws. I looked down only to see I was... I was an animal. For REAL… I was an animal.
My black fur matching the wolf above me; I had bright silver stripes that raked across my entire frame; covering me in stripes. My massive paws; at least two times bigger than my ‘normal’ head; flexed as I took it all in. I realized with startling amusement that when I tensed each of my paws directly; black, dagger claws would extend.
A cautioning growl erupted from his throat when I shot my claws out; stabbing his coarse black wrist.
‘Sorry.’ I said quietly through thought… I knew he would hear.
He huffed, jumping away and walking towards a narrow hallway I thought he’d never fit into.
My eyes peeled wide while I listened. Listened to what I now realized… were his thoughts.
‘What the heck does that freakin’ girl think she’s doing…’ he trailed on and on… while I quickly realized he didn’t have very interesting concept.
I watched while he stood behind the wall, craning his neck so that it faced into the hallway… he was listening.
