"Through Art and Crafts"

Brent Mason

When I inhaled the air of complete solitude,

The wounds caused by sorrow in my heart started to tear,

Hiding my pain, with a fake grin and a fake attitude,

Until I was with the one I could not stop to stare,

The person of my life, the one I have met through art

Traits and beauty greater than any dreams of humanity

The one who I would gladly give my heart

Drove me into the madness of love-insanity,

The thoughts of her remain in me all day and all night

And until the day that we unite as one,

The day where I will take the final flight

Into the arms that was long gone

Though, out of all the people I care for is few,
I will only truly care and love you.
