Can't erase the memories of me
from your mind.
I can't set you free.
I can't take back the broken words
to ease your mind
before i fled.
Can't take away the flash backs
where you lie.
The panic attacks.
Silence falls across the floor.
I'll take no more.
The doubled lines recede from mind
until i stray behind.
Can't give you back the wasted time.
Although we never found our page,
for a moment, we touched our prime.
I want to believe we could share one small memory,
but I know it is best
if you just erase me.

Aw.. for someone kind and sweet it sounds so sad. hope u are not going through this now, hon :) it has a quiet undertone, yet the emotions from where they have stemmed forth are powerful. a modest masterpiece. like vote :)
