As a half breed Rourke Andrews is appreciated by no one. He's a bounty hunter set on making money not friends. One of his bounty's Hannibal Smark makes an impression on him. Hannibal is being brought back and tried for killing a young man who happened to be a son of an influential leader of the town. Rourke knows the man is innocent since he was a witness to the crime himself. Rourke turns in Hannibal, collects his bounty, and manages to save Hannibal from the noose.

Rourke is running from something of his own. The pretty blue eyes of a girl from his home town who doesn't understand the word indian.

Maureen Brooks can only find one way to catch herself a bounty hunter...by becoming a criminal large enough to collect a price on her head. With the help of her golden palomino stallion she starts her search for Rourke.

Please note: This is a rough draft of something I started a long time ago. I'm wondering if its worth polishing and pursuing an ending to it. I see a lot of immaturity in the writing itself that I really want to pretty up and expand upon. Please be nice...like I said, rough draft. :)
