It's a poem about emptiness and how we try to fill the endless void with artificial things.

A void,an emptiness

We all have an emptiness inside of us We try to fill the void with artificial things: Comfy blankets, books, quotes,a warm cup of tea, alcohol, cigarettes, music, etc Sometimes,if we're lucky we fill the void for a little while, but unfortunately the relieve doesn't last

Because it's artificial, and artificial things have an expiration date (in matter of fact everything has an expiration date) We would do anything to feel whole again... And I think that's why we consume too much alcohol, smoke too much, read a lot,and listen to music 24/7

But I don't think the world's most comfy blanket,a library full of books,a sea of alcohol,a tree full of cigarettes, and the endless symphonies could fill the void, the emptiness inside of us. God,what we wouldn't do to feel whole again...
