Sort of a personal poem about the road we used to walk on night walks...How it just had this amazing feeling like nothing can hurt you...It's just amazing...

Close your eyes, let go of reality
And wander down the sulking road
It leads to a place where there is no parting
Where there is no reason for our love to erode
The road leads to a place with miracles
It's a place where dreams can come true
It's a place better than any fairytale
It's the only place where there's "me" and "you"
Open your eyes and let go of that road
Sit back and watch every silvery star
As each and every one burns through centuries
You can chase after them, but never too far
So set your sights upon the moon
As if its beauty you have not yet taken
As if without all its caring light
You'd be lost and eternally forsaken
Watch all of the moon's pale light
As it washes over this dark road
It's the only place where there's no dreaming
No one needs to because no one's alone
On this road, everything's perfect
Everyone's where we want to be
I would never be here without you
Because you lead me to believe
That I have a place in this world
And it doesn't bring me grief or sorrow
But if that road was lost today
Then we'd be gone tomorrow
The road to us means the same
Though I can only see it in dreams
You can walk that road anytime
With light sunrays or dim moonbeams
But let's try to walk together
Even if it's not for real
Even if it's not for real
Even if I need to imagine
To walk this dream of shadows and teal
The moon's full light reflects
And sends out a cascade of blue
Over these hills of empty darkness
And allows me to finally walk with you
As we walk this aspiration
I look up to the stars
I thank God for your very life
That here is where we are
The road's eternally place
Beyond the star's been chosen
For it was nothing more than a time
When the door to my dreams remained open...
