could have such value.

They could be talking about any number of things: Financial struggles, dinner preparations, death in the family, thoughts on the war, arrangements for Johnny’s pickup from ball practice. It was this image that was captured the moment before the building went into crumbles from bombardment. Only what was about one inch above the bottom of this frame, is where the buildings ceiling withheld from collapse.

What do you think they were talking about? I cannot believe the image was saved. For the life of me, by the grace of God, or something else, I cannot believe I was spared. At least I would have this image that I had taken. The last image ever of my parents.
