Shafts of sudden crispness,

Underneath the shadows blue,

Nudes reach spangled glory,

Sent off gleaming, bright and true,

Hand painted stony cloud tops,

In golden blocks across the floor,

Nodding cats melt into puddles,

Enter glad through opened doors.

Mute the midnight beckons,

Over fields grown soft and wide,

On silent sights enchantment,

Nestled lightly by my side,

Blue sulky neon shadows,

Each stands posing in the glow,

Angle fence posts, cold and creeping,

Mists shift slowly far below.
