Mia Hastings could get everything the girl her age desired. You name it, from rich parents, fancy cars, huge house, huge pool in the backyard, gardens full of flowers that are rare to find which is ridiculously expensive, she even a straight A’s student at that. But then, that's how people see it from the outside, but from the inside? Well, nobody knows, no scratch that nobody really gives two shits about it because that is how life works isn't it?

Being the daughter of Skin's specialist and a famous, yet successful estate agent did give her almost everything that she needs. Anything but family love. Being stuck to live with her uptight mother didn’t really make things easier as her mother only see that whatever Mia did is only going to be a failure in her mother’s eyes, unlike Mia’s perfect brother Zachary.

Met Christian Lightwood the oh-so-devilishly-handsome brunette with closed up personality who's trying to move on from his own skeletons in the past. What harm could it be when two of these screwed up teenagers bump into each other's life?

It might give you the cliche vibe thingy, but read it and find out whether you are strong enough to handle the emotions, the pain of being a failure in your mom’s eyes, the struggles to have a happy and a normal life and to find out where or whom exactly do you belong to.
