A A A

I’m sinking outta sight,

It’s written on the sign,

Can’t find its meaning,

But I’ve run out of time.

Blaze of glory,

Smudged like chalk,

Quick gone spark,

Too fast for talk.

Unseen tears,

At the end of all,

Smothered in despair,

For nothing I fall.

Flash in the dark,

Steel reflecting light,

Gold to crimson,

Gone without fight.

Falling deeper,

Grasp on reality taken,

Till sleep sets in,

And I dream forsaken.
