How little he is
This grandson of ours
Full with a smile
That can melt peoples hearts
He is funny and clever
For such a small fellow
He is loving and helpful
To all those who let him
He will always be there
On swings he's at one
With his family's fun
In the sand he's the man
Stamping and kicking
Giggling and laughing
At dad or at mum
The football he tries
To kick sure and true
But as he is small
He just cannot do
Yet he tries with his best
He's determined with focus
And full of such charm
One thing`s for certain
He'll come to no harm.
