Mother Water

Eve remembered her mother and how she had not wanted to hear her pettyfears. All those tragic tales and their details concerning dreams that had to do with water.
Her mother kept abook that explained the meaning of dreams and was absolutely convinced
thatthecolorlesstranslucent substance was a bad omen.
Her mother,Eve often thought tended to over dramatize things and eventually found her role model less reliableAs for herself, Eve had always been tautly drawn to water as if she knew the mother source to be a sort of container of sweet secret truth.  She knew that itmade her feel more pleasant and she drew a sense of emotional security from it. Water is a source of life, supports life, all form evolves from water. Water is the power that sets everything in motion…
In any case fate would have it that she should be totally open to this kind water space
experience when she met a seaman and whom she would fall for. Clearly and more so life appeared to her in the body of water, and as it had obviously become a life blood, this stream would indissolubly link her to water.
Unfortunately the man she expected to derive her taste from being truly strong and provide energy, one that would rise up to every occasion had none of thetools at his disposal to be a compatible partner. being seaman, to him living on land was like being dysfunctional in all ways that counted
Like all seaman he believed the sea to be his true habitat, more real, while land was a place to rest for his vacations and watching him walk without waves flowing through him was like watching a drunken man wobble aroundthe streets in the night.  His self retreat and the life he had given at sea kept her at distance. Like a tidal wav he was pulling her under into the abyss The man and sea that she once loved so well was turning into a tsunami and crushing her sturdy emotional being. Without any real commitment on his part and no man they needed in their home there was no reason to cling on to a dead relationship.
Alone again, Eve asked herself, why me?  She had  believed ,her entire life, all form had to do with the mother source , water,  the medium in which all beginnings take place , but  instead now was dissolving everything and eroding the core of her  being. She found herself thinking about her mother, how firmly now Eve believed her words; how it could have been a protective instinct her fears and dreams
Eve had wished to show more couragethen her mother but perhaps she had been tempting fate.  She had wanted to succeedwhere her momnever thought she could. Had she excelled and destroyed all that belief of hers perhaps would have damagedthe mythical image
of water, the matrix of life
