Well, I just needed to write about some things and this was the best way to do it. It's about a person who is abused but can't say anything because they are terrified.

Note: I don't usually write poetry. In fact, I've never liked it. I just need to write something and this was the best way to do it.

Terrified of You

I should've let you know
That I'm terrified of you
I never know how'll far you'll go
The fear you've given me is now a tattoo

It's permanent
I remember when you pass judgement
Or when you hit and yell
I'm living with you, in what I call a personal hell

I never asked for this
I don't think I could dismiss
the things you've said
They are now a movie playing in my head

I just thought you should know, that I'm scared
Our relationship could never be fully repiared
I'm pettrified of what you might do
Of what I could commit, that I will never be able to undo

I'm terrified of you
None of this is lies, it's completely true
Even though I'm afraid
I still remember and cherish the games we played
