As I lay out under starry skies

As ship horns blast into the night

I wonder about the broken past

And what I have left worth a fight

Because this began so long ago

A family ripped apart

And of course then I didn't understand

And of course I didn't know it was just the start

I have a problem

Because I fall in love

And then because it's all lies

I fall flat on my face

Oh, so much grace...

And I can't help but feel like

I'm never going to be perfect

I'll never find a true love

Does it run in my blood?

Is karma against me?

Month of March

I thought I'd done it

I thought it would be right

But I fell yet again

Flat on my face

And now I can't move on

Because I seem to dwell in the past

So all I want to know...

What could I have done that made you stay?

What made me inferior?

Why did you have to break my heart?

Why are you still the one that I need?

It seems like moving on

Is impossible without

Looking back
