He sowed the seeds,

and tended them well.

From the ground plants grow.

with help of sun and rain.

Blossoms bloom elegantly awhile,

then they die and petals fall.

Bearing of pods now show,

and he plucks and stores them away,

Thence sowing the seeds again next year.
