Well they say we all have a place to go. In the deepest depths under a few feet of dirt.

They say well all have a place to welcome us, in the sky, leaves grass and rain.

But their intellect stops somewhere short of passing. And we are falling hard listening.

While the hummingbirds zips past. While the bees buzz.

While the river hums. While the grasshoppers sing.

We listen solely to the voices of men.

telling us, promising us,

where it’ll all end.
