My Dog

By: Cassie Miller

One day I saw my dog setting the table,

Silverware, knives, and all

I could not believe,

What my little eyes saw;

Oh boy was it such a sight!

I went to my room and got my camera

To take a picture of my strange dog,

A dog who thinks hes a human, you see;

Obeying my mother's command to me.

i went to the kitchen and snapped a great picture

And heard loud steps coming down the hall,

And quickly shewed my dog outside,

Just in time before my mom walked in.

My mom told me I did a great job,

But I truly know that it was just my dog,

Using those strong legs and long arms,

Clearly setting the table for me.
