I'm so in love right now and I never want this to happen. You know, if it does, and we break up, and fall down, at least I can use this as a secret weapon to backfire on him. He he.

Don't run away, like prey to capture.

Don't be afraid, it's not a rapture.

Seal the deal with turpentine,

get wasted but don't waste precious time.

I know the bond was hard to break,

but all you did was leave and take.

You should take your heart and walk away,

then cast a shadow to the day.

My glory is candy-coated in silken pain,

but it will melt in the acid rain.

I'll lay here stiffly in my bed,

won't remember a single word you said.

Because I'll be drunk and you're just dead...

Can't think right with this pain in my head.

Had to push you away and made a mess,

screwed it all up in the process.

I was bracing myself for the downfall.

Never thought we had it all.

Well the greatest thing I've ever learned,

is to love and be loved by you in return.

But alas, my heart floats in wine...

Seal the deal in turpentine.

Don't hesitate or try to turn back time.

I loved you and it was hard but you're not mine.
