I couldn't fit the full poem onto the design that I wanted to do. So here's the full, unedited poem. This simply contains two more stanzas that I decided to take out so it would fit (the edited one is called "Hopes", you would go check that out). Nothing else is changed. Enjoy. :)

A small fleeting light
Following naught but darkness
Fickle,
Yet powerful.

With it,
Hearts take flight.
Some soar to sunny skies,
While others quickly plummet.

Those who ride,
Ride the winds,
Battle the storm,
Will surely reach paradise.

For they faced their trials
Head on.
Such strength of will
Is rewarded.

Those who ascend,
Try to escape the gloom,
Perish
Once they near the sun.

Spirits may flutter,
But men aren’t birds:
We fly
With our fate on the ground.
