Flowers shall wilt

Pink balloons pop.

Pain and guilt,

Songs will stop.

Souvenirs of love.

Lost love:

A doused flame.

Dimmed passion:

Who is to blame?

But what of true love:

A demon's playtoy?

Yet sent from above?

All-knowing ignorance?

Chaotic bliss?

A foolishbeauty?

All one cannot miss?

Who knows for certain,

Who's sure, by Jove!

Until we know,

It's "all of the above".
