Shadows of Darkness,

Here i am,

I thought i could escape,

But no one can.

Through the heat of the fires,

Of Lucifer's Hell,

I ran and ran,

But stumbled and fell.

How could this happen?

Why am i here?

I've never known this anger,

Or torture or fear.

Shadows of Darkness,

I'm pleading, let me go,

Let go of your grip,

Don't kill my soul.

No? then take me,

I've no energy left to run,

There's no point in screaming,

 Because no one will come.

So here i am,

Unwillingly offering my soul,

Giving myself up,

To something so foul.
