A tear falls,

And lands on my nose,

Like a glistening dew drop,

On a waiting rose.

A tear full of sadness,

Unseen by others' eyes,

A tear waiting,

To release it's piercing cries.

 A tear falls,

And drops to my knee,

Like a trapped eagle,

Longing to be free.

A tear,crystal clear,

And salty in taste,

A symbol to tell me,

Your life's not a waste.
