The films opens up with a whole colony for sperm cells traveling through out an Autumn forest at night time. The farther they go, the more the sperm cells combust until we are left with three survivors

The three last sperm cells come to a hault when a grandiose anthropomorphic wolf raises its arm out in command. This is the "yah-weh" of the siblings. The wolf then lowers its arm down as to command the cells to go down, at which they land on a "target" cell.

The wolf then lets out a majestic howl to construct the sperm cells into fetuses. The longer the metamorphosis goes on, the more the infants' flaws become more apparent. One fetus suffers from harlequin ichthyosis and another one suffers from hydrocephalus. However, the last one apears to be fine but he is very flawed in an "identity" sort of way.

The more the fetuses form with the potent howl, the more the wolf becomes physically scarred until one of his arms falls off and the infants are complete and "ready" for the world.

However, inside the physically normal infant's brain is an enigmatic throne room. The throne grows a ghostly pale Italian man like an eggplant. He walks up and sings an Italian opera styled song that activates a force field around the "normal" infant's frontal lobe.

One the Italian man is done, he goes back and sits on the throne at full guard.
