I wrote this devotion after God delivered me from an abusive relationship. He continues to heal and deliver me. My devotion is just a glimpse into what He has done in my life.

As I set my mind on the things above, I capture and maintain a peace that only God can distribute into my soul. As I look towards my Lord, my past is disqualified, and He has extended a brand-new slate for me to convert into the woman He wants me to be. He paved a freedom road and painted it in red. Daily, He visits every chamber of my heart- He examines every shelf and dust away the accumulated pain, self-disappointment and dense regret. He said, "Come and rest and live free in me ". (Matthew 11:28:30) NKJV

I thank God for setting me free to rest in Him and for giving me a spirit to love again. Thank you, Jesus! Halleluiah. Amen
