An unknown artist

Waiting for you
This autumn morning,
It has begun to rain.
I kept in my pocket
A little poem for you.
The cars move very slowly
Everybody is in a hurry.
No job, no money
But I have a dream
That keep me alive.
Waiting for you
This autumn morning,
Red lights and deafening noise
Of a city that it does not care
My writings
Or this love
That it delays in coming
This autumn morning.

I like this, Cesare.
It amazes me to think you are writing in your second language.I speak a little French,German and Welsh, but I couldn't write poetry in any of those languages.
Well done.
Dee.

I do it because it is a personal challenge. Besides, it is quite an experience, because the language is the soul of a country. That way I can learn more from another culture. Also I have the opportunity to share with you things that would often be impossible to share. Thank you very much for your opinion and your comment, Dee.
