Thoughts on happiness.

\"This\" is a skill. Not an achievement. Not a thrill. \"This\" is practice. Not a gift. Not mental abstractness.

Missing \"this\" is not an excuse for self justification, self gratification, or self mutilation. It's an opportunity to grow, to learn and come to know.

\"This\" is a way of being. Not an emotion. Not a feeling. \"This\" is a way of life. Not a brief moment. Not the absence of strife.

\"This\" cannot be owned, bought, or grown. Sadly it is rare but if you happen to maintain it, often you can share.

\"This\" gives the opportunity to advance. Not laughter. Not a circumstance. \"This\" comes from mental reflection. Not pride. Not perfection.

It takes focus, motivation, and work to attain, but everyone can achieve it, no matter the endless, un winnable, battle in the brain.

Is \"this\" a lie? Not a realty? Not, not a reason to sigh? Is \"this\" a cruel irony? Not worth the chance? Not possible in society?

So wrapped up in yourselves, not a second thought for themselves. Human nature, what a danger.

\"This\" is not what you want it to be. Not your personal success. Not an idealism you saw on TV. \"This\" is a hellish ordeal to get. Not a handout. Not achievable with out breaking a sweat.

\"This\" is self contained in the mind, a mental health. It has nothing to do with money and wealth.

\"This\" is something you can understand. Not a mysterious concept. Not applying it would be, to not lend a hand.

\"This\" is the epitome of devoting yourself to others and...

No one cares, you're all \"clinically\" depressed.
