My bed is my sanctuary,

A place just for me.

Where i can sit and reflect,

On how my life used to be.

It was so filled with colour,

And laughter and fun,

Happiness and friendship,

Endless days in the summer sun.

Our bonds were so strong,

No bad word was spoken.

Who would have known,

those bonds were so easily broken.

Now my life has no colour,

the days pass in a blur.

All i can do is think,

of how happy we were.

One single bad thing,

that was all that it took.

Now they wont see me,

not even one look.

As i sit and i shiver,

a river of tears fall,

anger takes over,

each fist becomes a ball.

I let out a loud sob,

and a pained groan,

never have i felt,

so completely alone...
