Sitting in my gallery

Watching the pendulum swing

Myold clock, it ticks and tocks

This way, that way - forward, back

Unable to break my stare

It skips and sways

The same old ways

Wishes or memories today?

Like pirate ships

I'm kept amidst

The motion of to-and-fro.
