No, not Galilee;
it is not so big.
By the way,
nothing good ever comes out of Nazareth.

And of all places to be born,
a manger in Bethlehem.
There was nothing decent to even cover Him up,
and we are expected to accept Him as our Messiah?

We know Him.
Or is He not Jesus,
Joseph's son?
Can you imagine?
The young son of a lowly Carpenter,
calling himself the Christ.

We even know His brothers,
and His sisters too.
There is really nothing so special about them.
Just ordinary people,
we interact with on daily basis.
Yet, this their brother dares to call Himself God's Son.
How blasphemous!

He should be stoned.
No, He should be crucified!
So what if He heals the sick?
So what if He feeds multitudes?
So what if He speaks with authority, and knows the deep things of God?
The fact remains that He is just the son of a poor Carpenter, from Galilee of all places.
And there is nothing 'special' about Him, to make us take Him seriously.

AND HE WAS NOT ABLE TO DO MANY GREAT WORKS THERE,
BECAUSE THEY BELIEVED NOT.

How Often People Get So Fooled By The Outward Appearances.

Unfortunately, God's Ways Are Not Our Ways,
And His Thoughts Are Not Our Thoughts.

HE LOOKS ON THE INSIDE,
AND USES THE 'BASE' THINGS OF THE WORLD TO CONFOUND THE WISE.

GOD DOESN'T USE PEOPLE SIMPLY BECAUSE THEY ARE QUALIFIED. . .

Rather, Him That He Predestines,
He Qualifies,
And Him Who He Qualifies,
He Justifies.

So, It Is Not Of Him That Willeth,
Nor Of Him That Runneth,
But Of God That Shows Mercy.
And If He Chose A Virgin From Galilee, And Not One From Jerusalem For Mercy, It Is That His Name Might Be Glorified!
For His Ways Are Far Higher Than Ours.
