Here's where we all began
I'm all too small, you think I can't understand
But I try, and you deny
the truth you can't swallow as easy as your toast
I could never follow your ever haunting ghost
And all I've been through, I'll forever and always refuse
To replace another lost in descending line
'Cause I'll look to the sky and I'll feel just fine
I can't be too bitter and I can't regret
You were the very worst and the utmost best
Though, I still can't figure out the reason why
I can't shake hands, can't even try..

How many lies
can your eyes bind
before they become blind?
I'm thinking it's about time
for me to find
what's kept me so far behind..
