Once upon a time, not so long ago
A seer was born, in a small suburban home
She never knew that she had the sight
Until she woke up in recovery that fateful night
Even then, she knew things had changed
Something was different, her life rearranged
She had no idea, what was in store
Her destiny unsealed, and so much more
She closed her eyes, as she lay to rest
The pictures came, first slow, then fast
There wasn't a sound, yet she felt so much
They seemed so close, she felt she could touch
As hundreds, even thousands of lives here unfold
So many innocents, so many stories to be told
Some of the things she saw with her eyes
Made her many times wish that she was blind
She knew she had been given a special gift
She'd been told people would laugh, tease, they'd insist
But that was because they didn't understand
The magickal spiritual battle that was at hand
Some would be devout churchgoers and such
Who would scoff, and say, "She's in evil's clutch."
People shun what they don't understand
Just ask the Man that sits at God's right hand
