If my own room is a jail cell, and home's a prison built for five,
Then I'm an inmate that can't escape, and cursed to be alive.
School is like some service owed, and until my time is through,
I might as well just sit and rot since there's not much else to do.
Sometimes I leave my prison, feeling like I'm free,
But it's really just another cave for psychos just like me.
Just another cell with molded walls that keep them shut away,
Until they too taste life quite true, but until that distant day,
All inmates trapped behind the bars wait for life to start,
And when we'll be what's truly free, come the healing of our hearts
