I feel the fumes of your presence

The smoke that unknowingly manipulates me and clouds my sight

A hazy blind vision you are of mine

My loyal ambitions to keep you happy

Which works in opposites as I get another thing wrong in your devious eyes

Round in circles I’m sent

A dizzying fairground ride with no sense of joy

This game of dominos you play with me

You just keep knocking me down

Then setting me up to play again

I begin to believe I am everything you say I am

As you work your dark magic over me

Spellbound to become the hypnotised living statue you want me to be

A walkover I have become

Down trodden and sinking into an abyss of no self worth

The sense of guilt I begin to feel to myself and still to you

Causing me confusion and conflict

Deep inside I begin to believe there is no love in your controlling obsession

A glimmer of strength, a small grain of hope

This weak man will climb out of your cess pit hole

And you will be alone until your next victim is possessed by you.

But I will be free.
