Leaves slowly changing
Northern winds turn the air cold
Days become shorter

Love this poem especially in this heat!! Great job. Donna:)
Thank you...glad you like it. :)
Thank you... :)
Well, I can't sleep, so here I am.
First off, I sort of have a fascination with Winter myself..it crops up a lot in my writings...so reading this was 'fresh' right from the start.
I really can't think of a better way to summarise Autumn. I hit 'I like it' straight away almost purely for that reason. I have not read all that many Haikus to be honest, but this poem makes me think that I should, or perhaps write one myself.
I don't have any criticism whatsoever for it, there's nothing I would change about it!
Thank you! I really appriciate the comments...this one is one of my favorites. Another one that I like is "Cry". If you like nature poems I recommend you check out "Calm Before the Storm". Once again, thank you for the comment.

Like this one Christian! :)
Thank you...it means alot! :)
But I don't like short days because the painful nights get longer:(...however I like this very much!:)
