“Nature’s Haikus”

“Awaiting Spring”

Skelton of trees

Stand bare and tall.  Awaiting

For signs of springs green.

“Bright Sun”

A crystal clear sky

Lets the sun shine so brightly

Where’s my sun glasses?

“Breezy”

Invisible, but

We feel its slightest force.  Hang

On!  Breezy outside!

“Rain”

Raindrops fall from a

Crying sky.  A drumming beat

Heard from the rooftop.

“Heat Wave”

Sweating and burning

Under a scorching sun.

Where’s the nearest lake?
