Recumbant on the bed,

my love rests her pretty head.

Daren't I wake her.

Instead I can gaze,

as she lies in utter laze.

Sleep,her sweet soul,

beneath the sun's rays of gold,

a godess of golden light.

Skin,white as snow,

Lips,red as blood,

Hair,black as night.

My love she is a sight,

Pure like a bird in flight.

Perhaps,should I touch,

I'd hear her soft voice;

Kiss her ruby red lips.

Nothing but a taste,

For her beauty I cannot waste.
