Her smile terrified me, it was a twisted pleasure of hers. That much I could conclude. **Flash-fiction horror story :)

I look around the parking lot almost out of breath, vast emptiness greets me, and I can hear the howling of the wind as it runs through me.
I run towards a parking space and look down. A faded handicapped stick figure. Her piercing giggle interrupts me. With her yellow glinting eyes, she's like a cat that meows as it spreads its dark paw towards the prey for the final capture.

I look to the side, her figure stands on top of a closed theater, hair flowing in the wind. No one is here at dusk, I'm alone and my fate is obvious.

I can’t escape, she leaps with a swoosh and lands on the ground. In one hand she holds a long shiny kitchen knife. She walks closer, her heel scraping against the gritty ground. Red is splattered all over her dress and she carries a messanger bag with explosives.

She flings the weapon, the knife’s pointy end is flying towards my shoulder. I feel my muscles bend with the most pain I've ever felt, and I fall as warm thick blood streams down to my hands, she’s caught her target.

Leave a comment and like of you well, like :) This is my first writing of such nature, so this is really not my thing. Thank-you, I'd also appreciate it if you check out my other novels
