I Can't Breathe

I can't breathe
With this cloth draped over my face
I'm doing everything that I can to erase
Your sentence as prisoners who can't even escape

I can't breathe
Ironically, written in white but black is the mask
Racial injustice is America's injustice, big facts
But somehow you as the white man feel most racially attacked

I can't breathe
So I choose to suffocate
Your knee over my neck is no mistake
I'm metaphorically painting the outcome of this country's embedded hate

I can't breathe
Nor open my lips to speak
It's funny how my cloth is associated to your discomfort and grief
But is my message truly offensive
If yours hides you behind your white privilege and your one dimensional beliefs

Stop with the racially motivating killings
All we want is our sons and daughters to not die by living...while black
Big facts,
Now paint that message over your Make America Great Again and white privilege mask.

Blacks commit 53 pct of the murder and 56 pct of the robberies according to FBI stats... At only 12.7 pct of the population.who is the real abuser here....
