Pg. 1

Spaghetti, spaghetti! Dig in, dig in!
Stomachs, stomachs, filled to the brim.
Uhhhhh... Feel like throwing up in the bin.
Would you like some more for din?

Pg. 2

The racquet joke, do you remember?
We made it up when we were together,
In the library, quiet as ever.

Pg. 3

The heat. Killing me, killing me.
The rain. Saddening me, saddening me.
The wind. Comforting me, comforting me.
The Snow. Not happening to me, not happening to me.

Pg. 4

P for poets big and small,
O for Onomatopoeia. That's right y'all.
E for English - what Shakespeare is.
M for magic - with a flick of the wrist.
S for Shhhh!, when a poem is read,
POEMS. That's all that needs to be said.

Pg. 5

My Best Friend

Glasses, ponytail - Who is this?
Paper, spiral - What is this?
Scribbling, muttering - Why is this?
Ticking, tocking - When is this?
Reading, skimming - Where is this?

My best friend
With her notebook
Writing her story
While time is passing
In the library.

Pg. 6

A gush of air rushes out,
Spreads through the air.
The people around,
They all seem to care.
A child shouts: \"Eewww...
Some one needs a 'Number 2'!\"
