This is a poem I wrote some years ago for my school's annual anthology "Voice". The theme for that year was "Temptation". This didn't get put in the anthology though.

Red, Blue, Green, Yellow,
All the colours of the rainbow.
Every size and every shape,
In a bag and on a plate.
It taste so good, it looks so fine.
I want to have it all the time!
I know I can't. I know it's bad.
I know that it can make me fat.
But it's so hard for me to resist,
My mouth waters every time I look at it.
It is so tempting to take a piece,
Even with just a glimpse of these treats.
This temptation is too much to bear,
I think I might just pull out my hair!
