Dream 1

In my dream my friend and I were pretending to tightrope across a wall made by an enormous, upward turned blade.  It extended across the desert like a giant knife embedded in the sand.  We wore metal shoes so the infinitely sharp edge we were balancing on didn't cleave into our soles and heels.  The explosion killed my friend, but only knocked me backwards.  By some miracle, when I tripped, the wall ascended between my legs and proceeded to cut me, directly in half.  From my balls to my brain, the wall sliced me into two perfectly symmetrical pieces.  Although both sides of my brain survived, and both balls, my spine was split down the middle, and my aorta had been severed into two.  My existence at that point was of two separate entities, a way of being which I, one again, can no longer comprehend.  The second miracle was the presence of the witch seamstress, who appeared out of nowhere, and sewed my back together.  Something has changed within me.  Outside of me, a line of x-shaped stiches marks the line of symmetry on my torso.  When my heart beats, I can feel strings inside of me.
