I despise what kids have begun to become,
And wonder the crimes it would take to be hung.
This is the extent of my appal.
Let us, together, attempt to recall:

Unintelligible music, obnoxiously loud attire,
I’d say Journey came before Glee and be called a liar;
Euro-centric beliefs, poor spelling and grammar
Make me believe many can’t define slander,
Nor banter, which many with the Internet.
Let me get something to shove up my sphincter yet
I know better than to misjudge misfortune;
I need a yappy throat to shove this torch in.

Constant tweeting and status updates;
Nobody cares what’s your favourite dining place!
And what of their ridiculous slang,
Coined catch phrases, and malignant fangs?

Oh my god Bella can’t decide! Edward or Jacob?
NONE OF THEM ARE REAL HONEY SO JUST WAKE UP!

Cheesed means angry, sick and ill mean amazing,
Epic’s definition is lost, it’s use by kids should be refraining.
Complaining incessantly,
‘It’s not fair!’
Nothing is!
Shut up and grow a pair!

Ignorance, arrogance, over-bashfulness;
Reading an article summary makes you a covert specialist

I feel older, maniacal, senile in every way.
Pondering my hatred, I repeatedly say,
Without a glimmer of remorse or shame,
‘Damn kids these days!’
