As I sat in the warmth of the alluring water the night had an enthralling ambiance, almost taunting me to continue onward with my aspirations. As we conversed our amiability eventually led us to bare nothing but the shadows around us. I feel the warmth of her hand hidden beneath the water as it gently clashes against mine; my sanity is for the moment sporadic as my body struggles to catch up to my thoughts. Our fingers provokingly intertwine with one another as if conversing in a dialect only acknowledged amongst the two of us. I could feel the energy from her touch as it distorted reality into idealism. As we moved closer our lips met, I desired nothing more then for time to stop as there will be no moment that can ever satisfy me the way this one has. I hear her sigh out my name as the engaging sound of her voice pulsates through my mind obliterating any uncertainty of the faultless night. We gradually consumed every small amount of energy left from each other as if trying to take in each others existence, our corpse like bodies are exhausted from the night as we lie there in the hours of darkness. I can do nothing but reflect on what has transpired as I lie aside her yearning for her to notice me staring at her.
