Like fallen perfection on the wings of intent
he fell from grace with no consent.
People beware for he is among us
hidden with no face, no moral, no race.

He who trusts will surely fail
with no happiness, no love, no bail.
He closes his eyes with pain on his mind
hatred, sorrow, and lies he might find.

This is an age old tale
of beauty, perfection, tears that well.
We know his story and why he was cast down
He was the example to which the almighty frowns.

Let us not trust in water and smoke
but depend on He who is our cloak.
Remember the image we were made of
close your eyes and fly like the dove.
