I hear the voices calling to me.

They tell me to open my eyes, to look, and to see.

I'm surrounded by an ocean of faces.

All of different ethics, origins, and races.

All of the faces have a look of despair

The one single look that I can not bear.

My heart yerns to make them happy.

I know, I know-- I beggining to sound sappy.

I dedicate the rest of my life

To rid the faces of their troubling strife.

I belong with thesse people

As does a church to its steeple.

They rest in me

Because they know thay are my destiny.

To help, to serve, to love above all

To save, to teach, to break down the wall.

I was destined to answer their desperate calls.

Were you?
