My best friend Ione told me to write a journal. We’re both fourteen years old and we live in an abandoned school in China. We aren’t Chinese, we’re American. There’s a war going on against China and America. China took away most of the children (or teenagers) in Washington, Oklahoma, Nevada, and the California Island. So, we all live here. I was a little happy I could be with friends, but we are watched by an anonymous woman’s eye, too. Her eye is at the top of the tallest building. Ione and I have tried countless times to escape from this place. We are known for it too.
From the town to the court where the Chinese Arm is, there is a gap between that leads down to darkness that doesn’t help us in any way at all.
If we cross that, then I know we’ll escape and save us all.
Being held captive isn’t a good thing.
Hence, nor is it a nice thing to be doing, either.
Most of the Chinese guards don’t speak English, either, so it’s quite annoying.
Only the anonymous lady and her disciples or whoever her followers are called can speak English.
Well, this journal isn’t going so well. Maybe I might write some other time, when I’m not too distracted.
Perhaps I won’t ever write again
